If you use photo-based features, Lumai stores the images you choose to upload so the app can show progress over time and provide skin-tracking features.

We use your information to operate Lumai, save your profile, generate progress views, personalize routine insights, provide support, maintain security, and improve the app.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product performance and improve Lumai without identifying you personally.

We use trusted service providers for authentication, hosting, analytics, payments, storage, support, and app infrastructure. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to Lumai.

Lumai does not sell your personal information.

Lumai is a skincare tracking app and is not a medical provider. Information you enter may relate to your skin, products, symptoms, prescriptions, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, or sensitivities. You should not use Lumai as a substitute for professional medical advice.

You can update certain account information in the app. You can also request account deletion from the app or by contacting support.

When you request deletion, we delete or de-identify personal information unless we need to keep limited records for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Lumai, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
